How to get here

Zermatt is a car-free health resort. Please park your car in Täsch (6 km from Zermatt) where multi-storey car parks and parking spaces are available. There are regular shuttle trains and minibus taxis. Your directions to Täsch.

Please call us from the free telephone at the hotel information service at Zermatt station. Our hotel porter will be happy to collect you from the station or taxi rank in Zermatt during the day.

Zermatt is located in the south of Switzerland at a height of 1,600 m above sea level and is only a few hours away from the international airports of Zurich, Geneva and Milan with very good train connections.

In Brig, the railway has a direct connection with the modern narrow-gauge railway Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn, which reaches Zermatt in just over an hour after a picturesque journey through the rugged and romantic valley called Vispertal. There is free parking for raiI passengers from Visp to Zermatt and back.

Zermatt also has a heliport which is operated by Air Zermatt.
